Lisa’s journey on the mat began in 1994. She was experiencing severe panic attacks and dealing with daily anxiety. Depression also played a role in her life.
Lisa started listening to guided meditation and quickly noticed that her mind wasn't racing and her heart wasn't beating out of her chest. Lisa then added yoga videos (there were no yoga classes where she lived).
Lisa read everything she could get her hands on about anxiety, depression, diet, yoga, energy work and meditation. She was determined to heal her mind, body and spirit.
She started to feel herself come alive for the first time in her life.
Lisa changed her diet, started a meditation and yoga ritual, worked diligently with her Reiki master and over time, not only did the panic attacks disappear but she found herself grounded, happy and loving life.
Lisa’s mission is to teach you the tools you need and deserve to build a healthy and strong relationship with your body, mind, and spirit.

Training
Yoga
Lisa is a 500 E-RYT certified yoga teacher. She received her 200 hour training through Cyndi Lee, owner of OM Yoga, NYC in 2004.
Lisa completed her 300-hour yoga certification through Tymi Howard, owner of Guruv Yoga.
Lisa is certified in Yin Yoga, Restorative and a graduate of Ziva meditation training. Lisa’s yoga practice is constantly evolving and has had the great pleasure to practice with numerous yogis and attend ongoing trainings and workshops.
Lisa owned and operated a hair salon in Sandusky for over 25 years, working on outer beauty. Yoga/wellness gives Lisa the opportunity to dive deep and work on the inner beauty.
Lisa’s goal is to make yoga accessible to everyBODY, offering fun, energizing classes that motivate, guide, and support each individual, allowing you to discover your own personal yoga.

Lisa is a graduate of the Integrative School of Nutrition where she received her Nutrition & Wellness certification.
As a health and life coach, Lisa loves to Guide clients in creating a lifestyle, mind, body and spirit that allows you to become the best version of yourself. Lisa created the 22 day mind, body, spirit detox program, stay tune for further program dates. Unbelievable transformation!
Lisa began practicing Reiki in 2007, with the guidance of her Reiki master, Carol Spurrier, who is a medium and psychic. Lisa has continued to do extensive training in energy work, the chakra systems, intuition, spiritual coaching, oracle cards and meditation. Lisa truly believes her spiritual work has profoundly changed her life and it can change yours too.
